Nick Engel

Nick is a skilled musician with a wealth of experience and knowledge that he enjoys sharing with his students during their guitar lessons. He has over 20 years of experience teaching guitar and performing live, along with more than 15 years as a music producer and songwriter.

Nick has performed at festivals and venues nationwide, including popular locations in London and Cambridge. He plays and teaches various music styles such as classical, jazz, rock, hip-pop, R&B, acoustics and electronic.

Some of Nick's music projects include:

• A Certain Kind: A band that fused acoustic and Eastern music, performing at festivals and collaborating with Indian musicians.

• NIRIS: A duo with Chris Hatwell that has transitioned from free gigs to headlining festivals, with millions of views on their videos and music played on the BBC.

• Solo Work: Nick has performed solo in restaurants and clubs, releasing music across multiple genres.

Nick's goal is to help every student grow into a confident guitarist. He brings his rich blend of knowledge, creativity and practical insight to every guitar lesson.
